Please read and understand this privacy policy carefully before using our products (or services).Your consent to this privacy policy only means that you have understood the functions provided by this application and the necessary personal information required for the operation of the functions, and does not mean that you have agreed to our collection of non-essential personal information. For the processing of non-essential personal information, we will ask for your consent separately during your use of the service. Definition and Scope of Personal Information

(I) Helping you become our user

After successful registration, you can modify and supplement your nickname and login password, which are all considered your "account information".

(ii) When you log in to the Ecosolex Home IoT platform, the information we may collect includes: The IP address of the device or router you log in to, the time zone, date and time of the request (including the time difference from Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)), the type, version and language of the browser, the device's operating system, model information (such as 14 pro max), the MAC address of the local network interface, the device serial number, Android ID, IMSI, network type, the page you are viewing, access status, HTTP status code, the name and size of the requested file. We collect the above information to ensure account security and system operation security.

(III) When you use the Ecosolex Home Green Power Cloud Client, we may additionally process your device virtual ID. The device virtual ID is a unique identification pseudonym ID. When you install the application, we will automatically generate this ID through an algorithm. This ID will not be associated with your mobile phone number and mobile device hardware information. We collect the above information to push important messages such as power station offline, abnormalities, parameter setting completion, etc. to you in the application, and will not be used for any other purpose.

(IV) When you create a power station, we may collect your location information, user name, account number and other information. We collect the above information to provide better services (such as precise positioning services), and the data will not be used for other purposes.

(V) Device Addition and Access

1. When you add a device, we may need you to enable Bluetooth, WLAN and camera permissions and collect SSID information. We apply for this permission to help you add the device to your account or access the device proximally. The data will not be used for any other purpose. If you do not need such a service, you can turn off the permission.

2. After you add the device to the platform, we may collect information including: inverter power generation, inverter real-time power, energy storage battery charging power, energy storage battery discharge power, meter forward active power, meter reverse active power, meter forward active kilowatt-hours and meter reverse active kilowatt-hours. We collect the above information to help you clearly understand the operating status and conditions of the equipment at each stage. The data will not be used for any other purpose.

(VI) Use of Ecosolex Home Green Power Cloud

1. When you use Ecosolex Home Green Power Cloud to monitor and analyze the operation status of a power station, we may collect information including: power station name, power station type, power station status, installed capacity, real-time power, today's power generation, equipment name, equipment status, fault name, fault occurrence time, power station location information, etc. We collect the above information to help you manage the power station.

2. When you copy and paste in the process of using Ecosolex Home Green Electricity Cloud, we may apply to call the clipboard copy/paste function and collect the text information in your clipboard. The information of the clipboard will only be used for the business related to your device. We will not store your clipboard information for other purposes.

3. When you use the picture upload function, we may need your camera and album use and viewing permissions. We apply for such permissions to help you complete the device SN number identification picture upload, and the data will not be used for any other purpose. If you do not need such a service, you can turn off this permission in your device "Settings".

4. When you use the forget password function, we may need you to provide a registered account (mobile phone number or email address). We collect this information to verify your identity and protect the data security of your account.

When you use storage services, such as log downloads, device upgrades, feedback, etc., we may use the permissions to delete and create files in the SD card to achieve file download and storage functions.

5. When the application is running in the background, in order to let you experience the client's message reminder function, after you agree to this privacy policy, the application will enable the self-start or association function when necessary. We will push important information about your device to you through the "Message" function, such as device offline, abnormality, upgrade, etc. You can choose to turn on/off notification permissions in the "Settings" of your device.

6. When calling device permissions, during the service provision process, in order to ensure that you can use the product functions normally, we will apply to the system for the following system device permissions for your device. We will ask for your consent before applying, and you can choose to "allow" or "prohibit" the permission application. After your authorization, we will enable the relevant permissions, and you can cancel the authorization in the system at any time. Your cancellation of authorization will cause you to be unable to use related business functions, but it will not affect your normal use of other business functions of Ecosolex Home Green Electricity Cloud that are not based on this permission.

This information includes but is not limited to the basic information when you register your account to create a power station, such as user name, nickname, mobile phone number, email address, and any other information displayed on our platform. Please feel free to contact us for access or correction of other personal information generated during your use of our products and/or services. We will respond to your request in the manner and time limit specified in this Privacy Policy.

If you find any possible omissions or errors in your personal information, you can click on the "My" page in the Ecosolex Home Green Power Cloud Platform/APP to correct the information. If you find that you cannot change or supplement it yourself, you can contact us at any time to change and supplement the data. After we confirm that there are indeed omissions or errors in the information, we will immediately change and supplement it.

(II) Deleting your personal information:

You may request us to delete your personal information in the following circumstances:

1. If our handling of personal information violates laws and regulations;
